Order Intake / Logistics Employee

We are looking for an Order Intake / Logistics Employee (40 hours per week), starting immediately

Your profile:

• MBO level of education or equivalent working/thinking level
• Experience with export shipments;
• Experience with AFAS is a plus;
• Affinity with mechatronics/electronics;
• Accurate working attitude;
• Team player;
• Able to work independently;
• Passion for your profession;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

What is your role?

• Taking care of export shipments and registering shipments with carriers (such as DHL, Schenker, etc.);
• Ensuring that customs documentation is complete and correct, so shipments can cross the border without delays;
• Preparing quotations from online requests and processing orders in AFAS;
• Production planning;
• Creating articles/items in AFAS and keeping them up to date.
