How do you make an impact as an Operational Buyer?

For this all-round position, we are looking for a candidate (40 hours per week) with a completed technical education at a minimum of MBO+ level. Holding a NEVI 1 diploma is a plus. In addition, you must have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing high-tech products and services in a similar role.

In this position, you will not only act as an operational buyer but also be responsible for the transportation process and facility management. Experience in preparing export documentation is a strong advantage.

 

What are you going to do?


As an Operational Buyer, you ensure the timely purchase of technical products and services. You manage suppliers, logistics, and facilities—keeping operations efficient and reliable.

Work activities as a Operational Buyer:

  • Purchasing technical and facility-related products for Ellips
  • Processing and checking order confirmations, approving invoices
  • Playing an active role in improving procurement processes
  • Monitoring delivery times
  • Managing the full logistics process for export and import, including all relevant documentation
  • Facility and building management
