With the rotating cups of the grading machines and the high-resolution cameras, you’ll get a detailed 360° view of each piece of produce.

The system slices the produce into 20 virtual pieces, accurately detecting defects at incredible speed such as brix, dry matter, acidity, ripeness, and various forms of internal breakdown.
