Colour Separation
The Elifab BerryClass achieves perfect color separation by using live feedback from the high-resolution cameras. With the TrueSort software, you can grade multiple color classes and make sure that there are no green and red berries within the required blue colored berries.
Softness & acidity
How soft is the blueberry? What percentage of the blueberry is soft – and what is the softest spot? Our system detects it all! Our software allows you to separate blueberries according to different categories of softness / firmness. This separation will determine which market to send your produce, i.e. freeze grade, local markets or export markets.

Size separation
From small to Jumbo berries, the TrueSort™ software takes multiple diameter measurements to determine the size of every kind of blueberry. The blueberry rotates under the camera, so you are able to measure the entire surface. Specialized algorithms determine the shape of the product. This way you can also separate the flat blueberries from the more round-shaped.
